Account and Data Deletion

Effective date: June 15, 2026

Conoti lets users delete their own account and data.

Deleting in the app

Open the Conoti app and go to the Settings tab at the bottom
Go to the Account section
Select Delete account and confirm as prompted

Deletion cannot be undone. Please back up anything you need before proceeding.

Requesting by email

If you cannot access the app, email eldyeojh@gmail.com and tell us which sign-in method you used (Google / Apple / Kakao); we will delete your account after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

Account identification information and profile nickname
Rooms you own and the announcements and attachments in them
AI Noti conversation history, push tokens, and notification settings
External AI integration (MCP) access keys

Data that is retained (exceptions)

Transaction, payment, and access records that must be preserved under applicable laws are stored separately for the statutory period and then destroyed.
In rooms with multiple participants, other people's data — such as announcements in a room whose ownership has been transferred to another operator — may be retained.

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within about 3 business days after identity verification.
